Savitri Jindal-Richest Women to Assembly!

Do you know about Savitri Jindal. Last day we read the results of three states assembly elctions. There is nothing special on those results right, all are typical Political gimmicks.

But What I have got Interested in this Last election is,You should also noticed this, most of the candidates are Crorepatis or From Underworld. And inbetween these politicians do you see a name Savitri Jindal. I have Just googled about her in the Net, I would like to post here those facts. In brief -

Savitri Jindal, 58, who is the chairperson of the Jindal Group, has been named as the richest woman in India in the last Forbes list of richest Indians. Jindal was the minister of state in the last Hooda government in Haryana looking after revenue, disaster management, consolidation, and rehabilitation and housing ministries.

According to Forbes, Savitri Jindal has a net worth of US$2.9 billion, and is ranked 12th overall among the top-40 richest Indians who include the likes of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, expatriate steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal, Reliance-ADAG chairman Anil Ambani and realty baron KP Singh.The only other woman to figure in the list is Times of India Group's chairperson Indu Jain (17th).

The Interesting thing is She is said to be India's richest woman. But Congress nominee from Hisar assembly seat, Savitri Jindal, does not own a car.

In her statement given before the returning officer, while filing her nomination, Jindal said she has moveable property worth Rs 17.75 crore and immovable property worth Rs 25.94 crore.

Jindal has 9 kg of gold and jewellery worth Rs 3.25 crore and 221-kg 655-gram silver worth Rs 43 lakh. Mother of industrialist MP Naveen Jindal, she has Rs 2.33 lakh in cash, Rs 24.09 lakh in banks and shares worth Rs 8.98 crore. She has a life insurance policy of Rs 1.17 lakh and other movable assets worth Rs 4.82 crore.

How is it? nice,right. This is about only one women who is elected to Haryana Assembly ok, when it comes to Parliament....? So I would like to tell you 80% of BPL Buggers just think, For Whome you are voting and for what?
